SHIPPING

Currently we are able to ship Domestic orders starting at a standard shipping rate of $10. Most orders ship within 48 hours from our California office excluding weekends and holidays.  During holiday seasons please allow extra ship time.   Once your order is shipped, please allow 3-10 business days of its ship date depending on the state. We are always working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible for your special year of white!

Orders that are returned due to an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. Please take an extra moment to ensure your address is correct. Once an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, Year of White cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please note that for extra special, heavier gowns shipping rates are $20. Rates vary by weight and value of your order.

RETURNS

Not in love? No worries we will gladly accept all unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise with all tags still attached. Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery along with the return form. Once your return meets all requirements, your refund will be processed.   Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our offices then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. You will receive an email when our team has processed your refund so you know to expect it. Sorry but at this time you will need to cover the shipping charges for any returns.

We cannot accept exchanges at this time but no worries just return the original item for a full refund and place a new order. The shipping cost on your next purchase will be on us!
